الغطاء والقاعدة مثمنان ، مقوسان في خط مستقيم.
نظرًا لأن شخصية كانجي في الرقم ثمانية تبدو وكأنها مروحة قابلة للطي ، فمن المعتقد أنها ميمونة في اليابان. يذكرنا الشكل الثماني ، الذي يشبه الكمان أو الجيتار الصوتي ، أيضًا بجسم الإنسان ويمنحنا إحساسًا بالراحة.
