在這個被新冠病毒疫情所籠罩的時代，人們之間越漸疏遠，而我們正致力於拉近彼此之間的距離。

在這樣的想法之下，我們構思並推出這款命名為LABO——源自於「實驗室」之名的新穎鐵鍋。

事實上，LABO是一款能夠培養您具創造性和機敏性的烹調工具，其誕生源自於人們對精緻鍋具的渴望。這款鐵鍋不僅不易沸騰溢出，還具輕便性，適合用於烹調兩人份的料理，並為烹飪增添樂趣。

這款產品源自於在2020年夏天來自一位顧客的要求，因其獨自居住，並受到新型冠狀病毒流行的影響而無法外出，希望能在家享受烹調樂趣，促使我們設計出此款鍋具。首先，受日本傳統桌上型陶罐的影響，我們採用了落蓋設計。

我們還巧妙地設計一個用於排放蒸氣的孔洞，增強鐵鍋的防溢功能。把手設計具獨特個性，鍋蓋則採迷人的果柄造型，在視覺上令讓人愛不釋手。

此外，鍋蓋的設計確保倒置時的穩定性，防止意外滾動。

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

You need to season the pan before using.
Drop oil into the pan, apply it using a paper towel, and then heat it up until it smokes a little.
The oil prevents the pan from rusting.
Be sure to use kitchen mittens, as the handles get hot.
Avoid rapid cooling after heating, as this may cause damage.
As this pot is made of metal, it is not microwave safe.
Using dishwasher is not recommended.

Incredible iron pot, nambu iron ware & labo a piece of art

Just made a small loaf of sour dough bread in the iron pot It baked the bread to crispy crust perfection absolutely love my iron pot. I use the nambu iron ware every day for tea!!!!
