在大約50年前，及富的第六代傳人構思並創作了梅花圖紋的鐵瓶，並命名為東雲（しののめ，Shinonome），意指黎明。其靈感源自於在綠意盎然的春季，太陽升起時的東方雲彩及黎明的到來。

此款鐵瓶的設計符合人體工學，優雅的拱形手柄不僅易握，也易於傾注。
