Regarding the delivery date of ordered products
With the concentration of orders, we are receiving an increasing amount of inquiries regarding the delivery date of products.
As mentioned in advance in each item's description, in many cases, ironware items are shipped within 1 to 2 months of being ordered.
Please note that, as our items are made-to-order, it may take some time before they are shipped.
In addition to operating the online shop under the workshop's direct management, we are working diligently on production and are making a number of improvements aimed at shortening our delivery times in the future, with a focus on our most popular products.
